I am trying to recuperate my hotmail account, that I think was hijacked.  Support responded saying that the issue ( 97557904) was closed,  the account had been verified, and that an additional email with a link to reset my password had been sent to the email address I gave.  That email never came.  I opened another issue, 99111303, to see if they will verify the account again, this time with an email and link to reset the password.  Please advise as my mom's medical information is all in my email and I really need access to my account.  Thank you.
