Good Evening,

Now that the option to link accounts is no longer possible I've got a few problems, the first been i'm unable to access my Personal Account (that i'd use for sending cv's etc.. to companies).

I've tried to reset so it sends it to my alternative email but i recieve nothing, nor anything in my Junk email (has this been down for a while?).

Also tried to reset via security questions but knowing me i probably put something that had nothing too do with the question for extra security (my fault i know).

I read another persons question who had the exact same problem and they emailed personally i think but mentioned something about a "secure e-form" but can't find anything about this?

If you could help it would be greatly appreciated,

Not sure what other information you should need hear as i'd rather give emails etc... in private,
