I've been trying to recover my hotmail account that was hacked recently. I have already submitted the new account verification form twice but apparently the information provided was insufficient. I have provided my personal details such as my name, DOB and previous password used. However,
the answer to my security question was changed so I'm unable to provide that.
Under the Email info section I was told to provide Email addresses of contacts that I've recently sent email to. I have only created this Hotmail account for approximately a month or less and have only sent a couple of emails to a single email address, which
I have provided in the form.
I do not have any billing info under microsoft too.
Thus, I have already provided all possible known information in the form but it seems to be insufficient.
I would gladly appreciate if a Mod assist me in recovering my hotmail account.
