This is my second request without any responses PLEASE help me as soon as possible!!!!!

I’m using Hotmail over than 10 years, and I accidently closed my Hotmail account on Monday, March 17, 2013

Account name – *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Stupid mistake - I was working late and exhausted! I did not intend to close this account.

When I attempt to log in with to recover this account I got a new Hotmail account with the same name and password BUT none of my essential files and messages from the old closed Hotmail account.

I desperately need them this data as they contain essential information. I have not backed up because in the "cloud" I thought there was no need. I underestimated my own carelessness!

Please help!!!
