My partner hasn't been able to access his email account. We tried the 2 passwords that he uses however none worked. We have attempted to reset the password and have asked the information to be sent to my email account. He has also filled out the 'I can't use any of these options' in an attempt to gain access to his account again.

We are yet to hear back from anyone on how we can fix this problem.

Any help would be much appreciated!!!
