I'm trying to recover some emails that I accidentally hard deleted a couple days ago.  At no point when I go into my deleted folder does the "recover deleted messages" text that the troubleshooting guide made mention of appear.  Is there some other way to do it, something I may have overlooked, or some restrictive setting I may have unknowingly activated that's keeping me from doing this?
