After trying for three weeks to recover my email account i am now at the point of going crazy. I have done everything Microsoft has asked for like asking me for my old passwords to which i have gave them two old ones,names of my files,last emails i sent
and received. There is no way any other person but myself could no this information. Tonight i have tried again and Microsoft are now saying because there has been multiple unsuccessful recovery attempts from this account they recommend to open a new account,why
should i because they have all the information they need. I am losing business because of this. You sent me a link to recover my password but the link wont open,the only thing i can do is fill in the
questionnaire which i do everytime but without luck. Please help as i need my email address URGENT for work.
