I'm trying to access my account but it says I've tried too many times with wrong password and I must recover it.
I have another e-mail registered to get a code and I received the microsoft e-mail with the code.
But when I type the code to recover it says "That code didn't work. Check the code and try again." and I can't access my account. And the code is correct, copied from the recovery e-mail.

How to recovery the account now? Thanks.
