I'm using my husbands account to post this,

My hotmail has been hacked, I've tried filling the form in to try recover my account but got an automatic response saying it wasn't enough information.

I spoke with a microsoft chat representative who advised me to fill a form in and i'll hear something in 24 hours. I never heard anything and it has been over 2 weeks since I was last able to access my account!

This is so frustrating, please can this be resolved? I have all my accounts pointing to this email address.....
