I ASKED DAUGHTER TO SEND EMAIL BUT GAVE INCORRECT PASSWORD.SHE TRIED MANY TIMES TILL ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED.I HAVE SINCE TRIED TO RECONNECT BUT HAVE RECEIVED EMAIL STATING THAT RECOMMEND I OPEN NEW ACCOUNT .IMPOSSIBLE AS ALL MY CORRESPONDENCE IS IN FOLDERS
.I HAVE PHONED MICROSOFT MANY TIMES BUT STILL NO JOY.WHAT DO I DO?
