I have asked this question before, recieved a poor answer from a moderator, and then the question was locked so that i could not reply that the answer was clearly stated that it was already tried. On my OTHER live.com account that i use for personal and
work email, my password was somehow hacked and i needed to reset the password. i filled out the form with my information, old passwords, email subjects, old senders, all if that, and recieved an email link to reset my password. when i enter the link, i get
an error message that says "there is a temporary problem with this service" however, this temporary problem has been happening for DAYS. please dont send me a link to reset my password or look up my problem, as i have already done this! there needs to be a
better way to get techical support for email issues!
