I received an e-mail recently from Microsoft telling me to download an update for Windows Live Mail or I would soon lose access. I downloaded that update on December 12th.

Since then I have lost the ability to see e-mails in sub-folders that I had created. I have the folders (e.g. "Friends and Family"), but have lost the sub-folders (e.g. names of specific individuals).

Any suggestions??
