Since creating a Live.co.uk account last year which I haven't started using yet I have received over 100 emails seeming for someone else either using or who has previously used this email account.

They include emails from eBay confirming purchases etc , Tombola Bingo, and also recently from the Microsoft Account Security, in these email I am getting personal details including their account user name, obviously I not going to share these details here.

There is also an ebay account set up using this live.co.uk  account, one which I been able to access.

How do I contact Microsoft to sort this out?
