I have reinstalled Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail.

Windows Live Mail asks me to add my e-mail address and the related information.

I click Send/Receive and the program starts downloading every e-mail on the server including previously downloaded e-mails.

I had to abort the operation after 2500 e-mails.

The problem is that the server no longer can see what I have downloaded.

I have kept the old folder as I have some e-mails I am going to import from there.

Which file do I need to copy into the newly installed directory for Windows Live Mail in order to avoid the issue and only get new e-mails?
