This is something totally new and I have no idea where this came from.

I am receiving without problems my daily emails from contacts, I can see them displayed on the screen to view the mail,

but when clicking on them to open and read the messages, there is no response.  I can see on the upper bar blacks dots

rapidily moving from left to right, probably indicading that some activity is going on, but there is no end to this operation

I can remain awaiting for the dot black points stop passing bye for hours,

When I get tired and disappointeed, I move out of Outlook. com
