I recently merged my hotmail account with my new outlook account - now the toolbar looks similar to when working in word !, I sent an email from the hotmail account to a recipient wanting to recall it and I cannot locate a way of doing that, would you know how I can achieve this or why has this function not been installed especially as this is a relatively new updated version of an email account.
