I've been using OneDrive (and its antecedents) for years, so I am familiar with how it works. In the last few weeks, I have been UNABLE to rearrange my photos.  I click "rearrange", then click on the photo I want to move; instead of allowing me to move the photo, the screen turns blank, then returns to the folder with the message on top inviting me to save the reordered file, or cancel.  This happens even though I have NOT rearranged anything, because the system won't allow me to do so.  How do I overcome this problem?
