I have been using Windows Live Mail 2012  (Build 16.4.3528.0031) for some time,

running on    Windows 10 Pro   Ver.1709    OSBuild.16299.248     System type- 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I can successfully work with 2 email accounts, one on CompuServe and one on a Google mail server

I'm unable to get anything from the third server -- Webmail  -- other than error messages.

I have dug around and followed the Jan.26, 2018 thread "Need Port Numbers for Incoming/Outgoing servers for Windows Mail" which I think did help me narrow down the situation and makes me believe my problem IS with port numbers

I've used the following account properties:

Account

     *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Servers

Incoming pop.weloop.com

Outgoing smtp.weloop.comLog on using clear text authentication

My server requires authentication

SSL is NOT specified for either server

I've run some test using various Port Numbers that have been mentioned in several Help.Docs I've run through from Webmail help and Microsoft help.  Here are three with the Port Numbers showing -

          Any thoughts on where to go from here will be GREATLY appreciated

          I'll be out for the rest of the day, but will be back in the morning, hat in hand
