I have a user who has some emails in his inbox that will always be marked as unread after a sync. I've personally marked these items as read, then pressed the sync button, and watched them be marked as unread as I watch. This happens whether the sync is done manually, or if it happens automatically after a few minutes. Not all emails behave this way, but several do. What might be causing this? How might I fix it?
