I was trying to recover my account for some time. I submitted the Help Form for the account recovery. And I managed to change my password because earlier I forgot my previous password. 

Then when I tried to log in using the new password, its say incorrect password. I tried using the old and the new but I still couldn't access it. 

Can anyone please help me regarding this issue?
