I upgraded to Windows 10 which slowed down my laptop so reverted back to Windows 7.  Then Windows Photo Gallery wouldn't work.  Tried reinstalling Windows Essentials and got various error messages.  Tried all the solutions on the forum but couldn't uninstall MLE program from control panel, nor from the command line and eventually managed to uninstall using Revo as recommended on the forum.

Have cleaned up the registry, done a disk clean up, restarted and still can't install .  Have been trying this for over 5 hours and last attempt got the error message below.  Firewall is turned on as advised on the Get Help link.  Can anyone please help as I am getting desperate now!  Thanks
