To Whom It May Concern:

I believe I received a fraudulent email from "VendorX" whom I used to have an account with but closed it out several years ago.  Today, I believe I received another fraudulent from "VendorX" but it was sent from my personal email address TO my personal email address as well.  My account with VendorX is still closed but am wondering has my PERSONAL email account been hacked?  I can still access it like normal, although my counter for my emails in my INBOX is not working.  Please help! or give me tech support phone number who whom to contact.
