nearly 2 weeks ago my original hotmail a/c (gary***@hotmail.com) was hacked & you shut it down. despite furnishing the best info  re recent use, folders, addresses, etc that I could remember,  to you at the time, your security dept. decided NOT to re-open it & passed me onto this site instead.

I have had to open another Hotmail address just to get through to you, as i couldn't sign on to my old a/c.I couldn't get a security code sent to me because you were trying to send it to my HOME phone number, which obviously doesn't have text facilities.

I have spoken to various operators on your so-called Help-line ( it was NO help to me at all), & was issued with a hotmail ticket no. SRX1241768390.

I need to get this a/c open again as it has vital addresses & e-mails on it that I need for my business.

I hope you can respond to this IMMEDIATELY, as every other time I've had to wait a day or 2 to get ANY response, & it is all incredibly frustrating.
