Dear Madam/Sir,

I have used my hotmail (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) sending a lot of emails (approximately 30)last night for hunting jobs purposes, and i found all the receiver emails on their official websites. The next thing i found today is i can not log in to my email again. All i sent out were cover letter, CV and reference letters, it contains no inappropriate contents whatsoever.

I have been using this hotmail for almost 10 years. In 2011, this hotmail got hacked for reasons unknown to me, but i posted my problem here and provided sufficient information such as receivers address, emails contents and contact accounts in my hotmail,  i got my hotmail back at the end. I changed password to a very strong secure one and today, it got hacked again. I have no idea what is going on and i do not get the reason why it is hacked. It is stolen by a hacker or it is blocked by the system because i sent too many emails? Is there any inappropriateness for the user to send many emails? I guess 30 mails is an acceptable amount.

Please give my email back to me so that if any of the companies wants to contact me, they can reach me by the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** i provided to them. This is important to me, because i am a loyal user of hotmail, i can not accept that my email got blocked again and again.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Kind Regards,

Kai Si Kwok
