Quit moving me to the outlook express requesting money. It keeps doing this over and over. I can not access my emils due to this problem

Why do you continually move me from my hotmail.com  email to the outlook upgrade page?   I am NOT going to pay for that service, as I do not need it, nor do I want it.  Please STOP diverting me away from my email account.
