I completed a questionnaire form about an account on 9/2/13 and  received an issue #99939103.  My son cannot connect to his account because the email he originally signed in with is no longer active.  I spoke to an xbox live support rep who directed me to the account recovery questionairre.  I received an acknowledgement of the request with the above issue #. a few days later I received a feedback survey on how I felt my response was handled, but have not had any response to the request.  An xbox live rep has now directed me to send a question through this site.
