My question is will the storage folders I have been using for the past several years with only one email account be deleted when I remove this email account?  I have recently set up three additional email accounts ( one pop and two IMAP). I have set up that all messages remain on the server until I manually delete them. Are the original storage folders specific only to the original email account I will be removing or will they stay intact with all the messages I transferred over? Under each of the three new accounts set up, there appears only the default folders, ie. inbox, sent, draft, trash etc. Do I need to set up individual storage folders for each of the three new accounts?  I was told that I should export and save on my desktop in separate folders my storage folders and contacts in case I can't access them when I remove my original account.
