One of my hotmail accounts was recently hacked and is now sending spam to all of my contacts. I cannot sign into my account anymore as the following message appears, “It looks like someone else might be using your account”. I cannot receive a security code since the email listed in the field is not one of mine and I cannot enter an optional email address. I have filled out the necessary questionnaire but have not heard back from technical support.

Please help!
