I am unable to accept the new terms of use on my Xbox account  and therefor unable to play games on my windows 8 computer. Whenever I try to accept the agreement it says I need parental permission I am 20 and am not able to contact my parents. I have called support and they were unable to help me because I do not own an Xbox. Can you please help me? I would like to play the games I have purchased on the windows store.
