Downloaded 10 from 8.2.  Worked a few days, then computer would not boot at all.  Took it in to shop, cost to me to get it running again.  Lost my Office, had to purchase again.  Changed Outlook program after I had purchased Outlook 2013.  Worked for a week or so.  Now Photo Gallery keeps closing, saying Microsoft will find problem, however, it does not.  Also Outlook closes frequently on it's own, then comes back.  Message said I needed to upgrade Windows Essentials, I did, nothing happened.  Am I to look forward to problems forever.  This is annoying and a waste of time.  Never had all this trouble with XP.  I never know from one minute to the next if I can count on using my computer.
