I have completely re-loaded Windows Live Essentials' and tried to update drivers on video card but it says they are all up to date?
Can any one help as to why I can not even get program to start and what I can do to fix?
I have 'Windows Live Essentials' as part of that I have 'Movie Maker' which I used to use fine! Now however for some reason it wont even start.
