Hi. I was unable to open one important (unsent) email in my draft folder. A flag popped up saying "A problem has occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again." ... I googled this wording and found this post. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/livemail-email/a-problem-has-occurred-while-trying-to-open-this/3b1b82dc-2543-416d-b8f1-9f0c1269d506?auth=1&rtAction=1450067816668

The reply to barry paton suggested that: "Mail.MsMessageStore file was corrupted. Please follow the steps below on how to repair the file:"   I did. Now I can't open my Windows Live Mail program. After several seconds of trying to open, a flag pops up: "Windows Mail could not be started. The application was unable to open the windows mail message store. Your Windows Mail mailbox data is currently being used by another program, such as a virus scanner. Close the program or wait for it to complete its operation, then open Windows Mail again. (0x800C0155,2)."

Now what? How do I open my Windows Live Mail program? Can I un-do or reverse the above CMD exe --  esentutl.exe -d "%userprofile%AppDataLocalMicrosoftWindows Live MailMail.MSMessageStore" -- if that would do it?

Your assistance is appreciated. Thanks. Gary
