Ever since I got a Windows 8 phone and Live account (Outlook.com) I can't get my People (Contacts) to ever sync with the Outlook.com page or to my phone. If I add or change a Contact in my Email page (Comcast), it doesn't show up on my Outlook.com page or get changed in my phone.  My emails and calendar both sync with no problem.  Does anyone know how to fix this problem?  It has been going on for quite a while.
