Hi,

I was in the process of working on my inbox when the email I was reading suddenly disappeared and my inbox emptied of all my emails other than ones from back end of 2012. (My sent items etc also seem to be similarly affected).  I then tried to sign in to my outlook account and had to change my password as i could not remember what it was. On trying to sign in, it keeps on telling me that there has been a problem. This occurred whilst working on my IPAD. I have then tried to log on again on my laptop in case it was an issue with my IPAD/IPHONE however I am getting the same response. When then trying to access my emails on Wondows Live Mail. I keep on getting the following error message:-

"Unable to send or receive emails."

 Server Error 5102.

 Server https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_V2.0.0/Sync.aspx"

Windows live mail error ID 0x8DE00002.

 I have no emails stuck in my outbox that I can see (from reading other posts) and need some really quick help in simple language please with this, as I need to be able to access my emails asap. I dont want to lose all my emails so need some sort of resolution that wont result in the loss of them all.
