Ever since the change over I have had the same problem,IE, When I open the outlook page I get the following ,  'SORRY THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH OUTLOOK RIGHT NOW,  And a box that say's, 'TRY TO RETURN TO OUTLOOK' when this is clicked on, the page opens, however because of this situation I cannot attach any links to an out going message, I have done all you have suggested signed in many times, changed browsers, now on Chrome, it really is a problem especially attaching links, its about time this was solved once and for all
