Hi. I am using a Mac Book Pro, with OS X 10.8.5. I am a long time user of Outlook, but it keeps losing its identity very often, and I always have to go through the process of reinstalling it. any idea how to prevent this, besides the obvious of giving up on microsoft related stuff? thanks
