Hello am sure there is an explanation but I have received no emails since 22nd October although on a test to another account it appears I can send them

I wonder if anyone else is having the same problems. My email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and have received emails through outlook for a number of years and this is my primary business email account and very important to my business so am a little frustrated however am also aware that problems arise from time to time but wonder if there is a quick fix.

Thanks for reading but as this is now my second time of asking and this forum seems to be the only way to communicate with the OUTLOOK team I would be most pleased as I am now quite anxious as we are an email based company which is now at risk.
