I'm so frustrated with Outlook.com.  Questions I've asked the Community have not been resolved, and there is no way I've found on your many websites for direct contact with customer service or a technician.  (1) First, that fourth panel on my email screen is a disaster for me.  It cuts the email reading panel in half and I have to click that thing on top to read the message; but when I go to the next message I have to do it again.  I'm perfectly willing to pay to get get rid of the ads, but your stuck with with the that panel.  And, I can't where to pay to get rid of the ads.  (2) Second, when I want to move an email into a folder, I click the "move to" feature on the menu bar.  It works only ONCE as it should.  For the second email I want to move, I click on the "move to" feature and it only "flashes."  I then have to logout of outlook and sign back in.  This goes on and on if there is more than one email that I want to move into a folder.  This upgrade from Hotmail to Outlook has been a horrible experience.  I know I can't go back to Hotmail (and would prefer not to change to another email provider), but, at this point, I don't know what to do.  I would appreciate any help or suggestions to resolve these issues.
