Last week a new FOLDER appeared in my live. com email.  It is called Junk E-mail 

This folder was not there yesterday.  Every time I click on the envelope icon to open my email, it now shows an error code saying that Junk E-mail does not exist.  I have tried to delete this new folder and it will not let me. 

Ever since I downloaded Windows 10, I have had nothing but problems with my live.com email and every time there is an upgrade, more problems occur.

How do I get rid of this new Junk E-mail folder that suddenly appeared today and causes Error messages to appear.

ALSO, I am now receiving 30 to 40 junk emails every day--all email addresses are nothing but numbers and letters.  Why, all of a sudden, are all of these junk emails coming in???
