Hello everyone,

I am tearing out what's left of my hair, in frustration at not being able to send any of my 10,000+ photos "trapped' inside Windows Photo Viewer.

This may well be because I recently moved back to UK to live, having originally opened my Windows account while living abroad.

I have changed my various log-in details and the page confirms that I am now logged on, once I've inserted the data.  But when I select a photo to send to myself as a test message, up pops the related e-mail page, along with the selected photo but after clicking on "send", within about 30 seconds, I always get the dreaded "Server Error 3207, Error code 0x8DE00006" appearing.

The page advises me that when I close the error message box, something else will pop up for me to respond to...but nothing ever does!

I realise that I might be asking you to cover old ground, as I see that LoisJohnsonYR asked a similar question last year, as did others.

BUT before attempting the suggested rest of the account as kindly suggested by Cesar_E (thank you) I have this further important question to ask please:I need to ask if I will lose all of my photos if I DO reset as suggested, please...as I cannot afford to do that!

I'd very much appreciate your advice please and unless there are any other suggestions, once I have (hopefully) been assured that my photos will  still be there after the reset, I'll follow Cesar_E's advice...fingers crossed!

Many thanks and kind regards,

Fizzler
