I have an IMAP account and use the Outlook Office for Mac 2011 as the email application. Whenever I open it, it receives all the mails very quickly. However, once its open sometimes it synchronizes and sometimes not. Also when I press on ''synchronize'' or on ''send and receive mail'' nothing happens. Can anyone help?? Thank you
