Hi I'm having problems with sending email (receiving is ok) from Window Live Mail on a Windows 8.1 programme.

The error message is:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

I'm not techno savy, so please explain clearly,
