since yesterday i've been having trouble sending emails. error message :

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Re: bury', Account: 'kevs imap', Server: 'customer-smtp.one.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 2525, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

an suggestions as to what I need to do and how I need to do it to rectify this problem

The problem was first noticed when using to mail via my phone then when I retried on the home pc the above message was displayed.
