I then tried filling out a questionnaire form. Microsoft isn't replying back to me. I've been filling out a form every 2 days for the past week with no reply. I tried again today and I was redirected to a page that told me I've made too many attempts to
reset my password and to try again in 24 hours. I also tried having a code sent to my phone but I never recieved a text.
I'm really frustrated and have no idea what to do. I'm applying for school and all my application info is in that email account so I desperately need access to it. Any help would be appreciated.
