Is anyone having this same problem?  I have been trying to close my account for 3 days and keep getting this message:  "our server is having a problem, we're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes." Three days later and over a 100 attempts I still cannot close my account. I would think it would be a simple procedure, but NO!  If I try to access Live Help or any other Outlook page for help it goes directly to an error page that says, "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".  I just want to close this account. Years ago I closed a hotmail account very quickly and simply - I am frustrated - anyone? Help!
