So frustrated. Have a new Surface and set up a new Microsoft/Outlook acct. SkyDrive telling me my acct has been shut down - it is brand new! When I check the status of my SkyDrive acct, it says it is operating normally but I cannot access it and continue to get the message that it has been shut down. Have submitted 3 different requests to activate and no response from anyone. Do I need to chunk the whole Microsoft idea and go back to my Android/Google Drive products?
