I recently upgraded to Windows 10 but lost my windows live mail account. Could not find out how to reinstall it so reverted back to Windows 7. My Window Live Mail account was gone. I tried to uninstall Windows Essentials, but it says it is uninstalled, but still in programs. I tried to reinstall Windows Essentials, but when it gets to Messenger it says reverting back and stops the installation. Gives me a screen about error codes and how to correct them. I did everything but still no luck. When I tried to uninstall it again, it says that there is something uninstalling and cannot do anything at that time. Turned off computer and restarted, still says the same thing. I lost folders in Windows Live Mail that I need ( confirmations on my upcoming vacation). What do I have to do to uninstall Windows Essentials so that I can reinstall Live Mail again.
