hello, i need some help, i had an old hotmail account that was *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, don´t remember when, this account failed and I can´t sign in any more, thats why i create a new one in hotmail and also en gmail.  I´m trying to recover my old email because it have my complete name, i think  this old email account was haked!, I try several ways to recover it, by completing the form o the using the security question, but doesn´t work, pleas can any one support me with this?
