Hi all, i am trying to setup family safety for my sons PC, we both have windows 7 on our PC. I have downloaded the Essentials form MS website and installed them on both PC. I am admin on both PC and he is standard user on both. 

I click his user name in the user section and click setup parental controls, i then put my hotmail and password into the popup box and it says wrong name or password. I can log into the web mail for my Hotmail with same user name and password no problems at all. 

I have tried quite a few different approaches all amounting to nothing. Logged into my web mail and done password reset, got a new password and then tried that, still nothing. I have searched on here and other places but cant seem to find something like this. Sorry if its there, I may of not used correct search terms.

Any help, support or guidance would be great.

ALSO NO Family safety in the products drop down below, so had to post it under Live mail, but I am only having issues with family safety. 

Also as a side note, I can also logging my office 360 account with my same Hotmail and password.
