I'm having problems with accessing outlook.com with the account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***".

I remember that I created the account as soon as outlook.com was released.

In the following months I didn't use it, continuing to use my other live accounts.

During these days I wanted to begin to use it more (the idea is to switch from gmail to outlook.com ...)

When I try to login I get an error ... "wrong password", I thought. the first thing I did was to go https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx here if course, but once I insert the mail address the system tells me that "The Microsoft account is not correct. Try again".

Well, I though, maybe I remember wrong, I didn't create the account.

Well, I then went to to subcription form, but when I try to save, I get the error that "paolo.franceschini.outlook.com" is not available.

What can I do?
